April 9! Our First Annual Pancake Paddle

Winter is OVER!! Let’s get spring rolling with the FIRST annual Tugaloo River Water Trail Pancake Paddle!!

You are going to love this paddle because it includes Bacon and Pancakes and sunshine and water and historical stories! Our first paddle of 2022 is scheduled for April 9 at 8:30 am beginning at Traveler’s Rest! (We are grateful the the Friends of Traveler’s Rest for partnering with us!

So, Paddles Up for a Great Day on the Tugaloo!!) This our first annual Pancake Okay, Paddle, and it’s going to be fun! Members of Sunshine Methodist Church will cook for us and then we’ll travel down the road to our put-in at Owl Swamp for a short paddle with local historian Kelly Vickers!

Kelly will talk about the history of Traveler’s Rest, the Jarrett Bridge area, and even touch on the importance of Providence Methodist Church. Fun in the spring sun!Don’t miss this first paddle of the year! Cost is $20 per person and that includes breakfast! (Yes, it’s cheap because we understand these difficult financial times.)

But You MUST let us know that you are going to paddle with us! Space is limited to 30 to 35 people max! Email us at tugalooriverwatertrail@gmail.com or write us via the Tugaloo River Water Trail FB page. Check out our website: tugalooriverwatertrail.org.
